FSI Announces ISO Certification

FSI, the marketing fulfillment and logistics services company, announced today that it has been ISO 9001:2000 certified. This follows an independent audit by BSI, Inc a quality management registrar. Doug Peterson, Vice President of Operations stated, “This international certification of quality and customer service is a formal recognition of the commitment to quality and customer service FSI has had for the last 25 years.”

ISO is an international standard that measures quality, efficiency and customer service. The auditors noted that FSI employees are committed to the Quality program and support the improvement of client service and quality. FSI is also certified by the AIB (American Institute of Bakers) receiving the superior certification, the highest overall rating for seven consecutive years. The AIB ensures facility cleanliness, operational effectiveness and employee training.

Clarissa Niedzielski, FSI’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing stated, “The ISO certification combined with FSI’s AIB Certification provides national recognition of our commitment to client satisfaction and quality. In a recent client satisfaction survey, FSI clients gave FSI a 4.8 rating on a 1-5 rating scale with 5 being very satisfied. We are proud of the service level and credibility our employees have developed partnering with our clients over the past 25 years.”

The ISO and AIB certifications are additional milestones for FSI. Earlier FSI accomplishments include: • Launched a Trade and Point of Sale business unit that utilizes state-of-the-art internet ordering platform and RF warehouse management systems; • Enhanced client activity reporting capabilities that allows clients to use fulfillment data for marketing and brand development; • Providing clients with the added value services of printing and product sourcing through key strategic relationships.
