Industrial gases and welding safety supplies cataloger Airgas on Sept. 1 acquired the assets and operations of Welding Supply House, specifically Welding Supply’s warehouse and plant in Lafayette, LA. The Welding Supply assets generated nearly $3 million in sales last year and have been integrated into Airgas Gulf States, one of Radnor, PA-based Airgas’s 13 regional divisions.
