Chicago—The auction for the assets of now defunct horticultural mailer Foster & Gallagher, which was set for August 21, was postponed, Catalog Age has learned. The auction is now scheduled for Sept. 7. Chicago-based AEG Partners LLC is charged with trying to sell Foster & Gallagher, either as a whole or in pieces. Among the parcels up for grabs are: the Horticultural Group, which includes catalog titles Spring Hill Nursery and Breck’s; the Gift Group, which includes Walter Drake and the Home Marketplace; Stark Third Party Fulfillment and certain real estate assets in Ohio, Illinois, and Missouri.
