Phoenix, AZ–In an effort to focus on its core competencies, cataloger/retailer SkyMall has sold Durham & Co., its logo and identity business, to Awards.com, a cataloger of trophies and other incentive and motivational products. In exchange for certain assets of Durham, SkyMall received an equity interest in Awards.com and a note receivable. A representative of SkyMall, whose catalog is available in 73% of all domestic airlines, will also hold a seat on the Awards.com board of directors.
