Black Box continues European expansion in Germany…and Greenland

Although Black Box Corp. already sells computer networking products and services in more than 100 nations, the Pittsburgh-based cataloger wants to continue expanding. And so it has established a wholly owned subsidiary in Denmark. The operation, which is expected to generate about $3 million a year in revenue, will serve not just Denmark but also Iceland and Greenland.

Black Box also announced that it is merging with TW Netzwerkservice Gmbh, a $1 million supplier of cabling services based in Ramerberg, Germany. TW Netzwerkservice will change its name to Black Box Network Services–Bavarian Operations. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
