We’re officially opening up our Operations Summit Call for Speakers. Give us a brief abstract on what your session will cover (no more than 50 words), including merchant–side company/speaker(s) and a list of 3-5 audience takeaways. Let us know if you’re planning:

  • A case study that showcases best practices
  • A lively panel discussion addressing key trends or issues
  • A solo or duo presentation full of actionable info

Main agenda categories include: warehouse/distribution; call center/customer care; shipping/distribution; omnichannel operations; global/cross-border; and executive.

Speakers selected to participate will receive complimentary full access to the event. As a speaker, you will be included in show promotions and recognized as a thought leader in the industry.

Send us the abstract and speaker(s) no later than Sept. 30, 2016. All submissions will be considered by the Multichannel Merchant editorial team. Tip: the inclusion of a merchant practitioner is a critical element that adds tremendous value to your session.

Thanks for taking part and see you next year in Pittsburgh!
