Airgas Acquires Two Local Distributors

Welding metals and gasses distributor Airgas completed its 10th and 11th acquisitions of its fiscal year, which began in April.

On Nov. 30, Radnor, PA-based Airgas acquired the assets and operations of Watt Welding Supply, an industrial gas and welding supply distributor with three locations south of Portland, OR. That same day it also acquired DC Welding in Sacramento, CA. Both acquisitions will bolster the company’s regional businesses.
