Home Depot Acquires MRO Supplier

In a move to bolster its Maintenance Warehouse catalog, Fullerton, CA-based Home Depot has agreed to buy Economy Maintenance Supply Co., a Sterling, VA-based wholesaler of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Maintenance Warehouse sells MRO products to owners and managers of multihousing, lodging, educational, and commercial properties.
