Mrs. Beasley's acquires manufacturer

Baked goods manufacturer/marketer Mrs. Beasley's has acquired bread manufacturer Buona Forchetta. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Buona Forchetta's breads, croutini, and biscotti are sold to stores, hotels, and private clubs in the Los Angeles area. Mrs. Beasley's, which has a print catalog and a Website in addition to stores, will sell the product line in all of its channels.
