Martha Pullen Co. Sold

Huntsville, AL-based Martha Pullen Co., which publishes the Martha Pullen catalog and “Sew Beautiful” magazine, was purchased by Birmingham, AL-based Hoffman Media, the publisher of “Southern Lady” magazine.

Besides mailing to customers and requesters, the Martha Pullen catalog is mailed inside “Sew Beautiful” and distributed at sewing events. Sew Magazine has a paid circulation nearing 25,000. The company prints about 100,000 copies of the Martha Pullen catalog annually. It’s expected that Hoffman Media will increase the size of the catalog’s circulation.
