Orion Telescopes Sold to Imaginova

Imaginova Corp., a New York-based marketer of astronomy products and science information, acquired manufacturer/marketer Orion Telescopes & Binoculars on Jan. 13. Watsonville, CA-based Orion manufactures its own line of telescopes, binoculars, and related accessories that it sells to consumers through catalogs and the Web as well as to retailers.
