Omnichannel sports licensed retailer LIDS Sports Group announces the official launch of a mobile application that provides a gateway into a newly-designed loyalty program centered around rewarding shoppers with exclusive deals and experiences.
The LIDS Access Pass app serves as the brand’s latest loyalty offering to reward its customers. The goal of the mobile app and loyalty program integration is to provide shoppers with a more seamless shopping experience, while also engaging with and providing long-term value to its die-hard fans.
The new app for iOS and Android devices provides shoppers instant and mobile connection to unique options and perks provided through the Access Pass program. Members can easily leverage the app to track points and rewards, engage with the LIDS social channels, and receive exclusive in-app offer. In addition, the app can be customized to track merchandise for favorite teams and brands.
With the Access Pass loyalty program, members will receive 10 points for every dollar spent. Once a thousand points is allocated, members will receive a $10 reward toward their next purchase, which is redeemable at any of LIDS’ more than 1,300 retail locations across North America and at lids.com or lids.ca. Members will also receive the following benefits:
- Sneak peeks on new exclusive products only offered by LIDS
- Special gifts on birthdays
- Early access to special sales in-store and online
- 20 % off on all headwear and embroidery
- 10 % off on apparel and novelties
Members can also participate in exclusive sweepstakes for the chance to win rewards and experiences at highly-anticipated entertainment and sporting events, like tickets to the Chicago Cubs and the Indianapolis 500.

Access Pass will replace the LIDS Club program that has previously served as the way for the brand to reward customers. Existing LIDS club members will have the option to join Access Pass immediately or once their membership expires.
