CASL vs. CAN-SPAM | A Tale of the Tape

Just because your email marketing messages are compliant with CAN-SPAM laws does NOT mean you are complaint with the Canadian Anti-Spam Law (CASL), which goes into effect on June 1.

“There’s been a lot of confusion about CASL,” says CakeMail CEO Francois Lane. “This new legislation affects all businesses that email anyone in Canada, even those based in the U.S.”
