Brands Missing Major Opportunities to Drive Mobile Engagement

Marketers recognize and embrace mobile as a vital component of the marketing mix – but they are missing the mark when it comes to relevant personalized messages.  According to a survey by Hipcricket,  52% of respondents found mobile messages were intrusive and spammy, 46% found it to be relevant messages while 33% said the messages didn’t offer any value.
