It turns out it’s all about high-quality customer service, free shipping, and offering deals and discounts, according to a recent study by PriceGrabber.  In fact, 70% of shoppers said they would remain loyal to certain retailers because of good customer service, 62% said free shipping, and 58% deals and discounts.
