The Ineffectiveness of Live Chat Greetings

Chat greetings are one of the most effective ways of approaching website visitors. Not only do they allow chat agents to contact the visitors with customized messages, but they also automatically select the best moment to do so, thus increasing the chances for a chat and closing a lead.

On average, only every 12th greeting leads to a chat. However, there is a lot of room for improvement, as exemplified by some of the business using well-customized greetings.

    We can customize the greeting chat on each page to become more proactive side for customer service chat. Each page should have a different greetings that we can engage to visitors especially in product and check page. It is also helps to convert into customers.
