Nearly 80% of Consumers Will Abandon Slow Mobile Sites

What is the best way to lose a mobile shopper? According to a new report by Netbiscuits, it’s by not having a website optimized for tablet or mobile use. The study, entitled The People’s Web Report, has found that 76% of shoppers will abandon a mobile website if the site is not up to par. In fact, 30% of web users said they will turn to a competitor if a site they are on is not compatible for their mobile device.
