While mobile traffic is becoming a major player when it comes to ecommerce, nearly half of the small retailers out there are unaware of exactly how much traffic is coming from smartphones or tablets. In fact, according to this infographic from ControlScan, while 17% of small businesses say they are unaware if their site is mobile ready, 49% admit that it’s not. This could mean a big loss in site traffic, sales, and customers.
