Charming Shoppes hired Bill Bass as interim president of its Charming Direct division. Bass cofounded Fair Indigo in 2006. Anthony M. Romano was named executive vice president, business transformation. Romano was executive vice president of Ann Taylor.

Frederick's of Hollywood Group has promoted Linda LoRe to president of the company. LoRe will continue as CEO of the Frederick's of Hollywood retail division and a member of the lingerie merchant's board of directors.

Redcats USA named Margo Trunley senior vice president/general merchandise manager of its retail unit Avenue. Trunley had been vice president of merchandising for Ann Taylor Loft.

The Vermont Teddy Bear Co. has hired John Gilbert as president/CEO. Gilbert most recently served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer for The TJX Cos.
