In the December issue chart of industry mergers and acquisitions on page 10, we stated that Kellwood Co. was acquired by Sun Capital Partners in September. The deal was not consummated because Kellwood had rejected Sun Capital's offer. (At press time in January, there were reports that Sun Capital was considering a renewed bid for Kellwood.)
