Melville, NY-based medical, dental, and veterinary supplies cataloger Henry Schein promoted James Breslawski from executive vice president to president/chief operating officer. Breslawski has been with Schein for 25 years.

Redmond, WA-based Eddie Bauer Holdings has announced the nine members who will make up its board of directors. Bill End, former chairman/CEO of Cornerstone Brands, will chair the board. New York-based list services firm Adrea Rubin Management hired Amy Langer as sales manager. Most recently she was sales director at Direct Media International.

Sussex, WI-based printing company Quad/Graphics promoted David Blais from vice president of operations to senior vice president of sales and administration. And John Fowler was promoted from vice president of finance/chief financial officer to senior vice president of finance/chief financial officer.

New York-based Direct Marketing Association appointed Paige Lance vice president, program development. Lance was previously director of both corporate development and the senior management program for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
