The MKTG Services management portfolio includes over 80 files, including those of The Saturday Evening Post, F&W Publications, Wilson Quarterly, Harvard University Press and Telecharge. All are “synergistic” with ALC’s other management properties, the firm said.

According to ALC, MKTG Services Inc. was founded in 1987 as Metro Direct. It was acquired by MSGI 1997, and changed its name in 2002.

ALC’s CEO Donn Rappaport said in a statement that his firm’s “sales, marketing, operational and financial infrastructure is primed to swiftly accommodate” this growth.

Rappaport added that the acquisition is “a great fit in terms of size.
