In the July cover story “Slimmer pickings,” we stated that printer Arandell Corp. does not plan to invest in the new tabbing technology to accommodate slim-jim catalogs. The machine that Arandell is not equipping with tabbing capability is just for running oblong digest size books (a version of the slim-jim that’s short and wide vs. tall and thin); the printer will still be able to print and tab other letter-size booklets.
In our October cover story “The Price of Free S&H,” we said that a 1-lb. package sent via Priority Mail would cost “at least” $3.85 to ship. The rate for Priority Mail packages weighing up to 1 lb. is a flat $3.85.
