Kellyco Metal Detectors has joined the Duck Dynasty: Kellyco has reached an exclusive licensing deal with Synergy Outdoors and Duck Commander to distribute and sell a branded line of Duck Commander metal detectors.
The Kellyco Treasure Commander Series features Uncle Si Robertson, and Phil and Willie Robertson of Duck Commander and the hit A&E Network reality show Duck Dynasty. The Si Robertson Signature Series TC1X and TC2X metal detectors are designed in RealTree camouflage housing and features a submersible coil, backlit interface with depth indicators, and eight metal categories to heighten specified metal searches such as gold or silver.
David Auerbach, president of Kellyco, said the open-ended manufacturing deal extends the Kellyco name into a new audience of millions of Duck Dynasty fans.
“Many of these people have never thought about metal detecting,” Auerbach said. “The Robertson’s make it cool and fun for adults and kids, and share our sense of adventure and discovery.”
The metal detectors will be manufactured by Synergy Outdoors and WGI Innovations, and sold exclusively worldwide through Kellyco beginning August.
