How would you describe your job and what you do?
I manage the optimization of the overall customer contact strategy for Carter’s and OshKosh B’gosh to drive sales across all channels.

Why do you think you were chosen to be an MCM Awards judge?
I have many years of experience across all aspects of direct marketing and customer insights. The combination of understanding what the company is trying to do vs. how the customer will likely respond gives me a unique perspective.

What direct marketing subject could you talk about all day?
The balance of creativity and productivity and the importance of measurement.

What excites you most outside the office?
Hanging out with the kids and seeing what trick shots I can accidentally develop on the golf course.

What was your first job?
I worked at a bakery
