Sandpoint, ID-based apparel cataloger Coldwater Creek appointed Daniel Griesemer senior vice president of retail. Previously, Griesemer held upper management and executive posts at Gap, Gap Kids, and Federated Department Stores.

Dodgeville, WI-based Lands’ End named company treasurer Terry Janes director of finance and administration for its Corporate Sales division. Also, Doug Eklund was promoted to treasurer of the company. A seven-year veteran with Lands’ End, Eklund most recently was treasury manager.

Delia’s Corp., a New York-based cataloger/retailer of teen girls’ apparel, appointed Ira Goldspiel senior vice president/general merchandise manager of retail. Goldspiel was most recently senior vice president of merchandising and marketing for Liz Claiborne. Delia’s also appointed Andy Romeo senior vice president of human resources and organizational development. Most recently, Romeo was vice president of training and executive development at Guess.

New York-based Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia appointed Darla D. Moore to the company’s board of directors. Moore is a partner in Rainwater, a private investment firm. She also serves on other boards, including Magellan Health Services, and is vice chairman of the New York University School of Medicine Foundation board. Charlotte L. Beers has resigned from the Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia’s board of directors in connection with her nomination as under secretary in the U.S. State Department.

Manchester, VT-based cataloger The Orvis Co. named Mary Cheddie vice president, human resources. Cheddie joins Orvis from FirstWorthing, a multifamily real estate company.

Broomfield, CO-based Corporate Express, a wholly owned subsidiary of office and computer products and services supplier Buhrmann NV, announced that Mark Hoffman, president of North American office products for Corporate Express, was named president/CEO of North American operations. Hoffman will also be named a member of the executive board of Buhrmann in May.

Richardson, TX-based KnowledgeBase Marketing, a provider of information marketing and CRM solutions, appointed Andrea Knapp senior account executive. Previously, Knapp worked in the national accounts division of Donnelley Marketing.

Richmond, VA-based NewClients, a promotional merchandise distributor and list brokerage service, has appointed Matt Potts senior vice president, sales and marketing. Previously Potts was president of Just Partners Advertising.

Calgary-based Alterna Technologies Group, a provider of e-finance solutions, appointed Michael Hines to the newly created position of vice president, marketing. Hines joins the company from ClientLogic Corp., where he served as strategic planning and marketing officer.

L90 Direct, a marketing, technology, and media company based in Los Angeles, appointed Kristin Peterson senior sales executive. Peterson joins L90 from The Learning Co., where she was the director of list management.

Irvine, CA-based healthcare list company SK&A Information Services promoted Michael McCavera to senior vice president, sales and marketing. Located at one of SK&A’s satellite offices in New Jersey, McCavera previously served as vice president of sales, eastern region.

Madison, ME-based Madison Paper Industries promoted three corporate executives. E. Russell Drechsel, previously director of operations for the company, became executive vice president/chief operating officer; Francis X. Flood, previously director of finance, is now executive vice president/chief financial officer; and Christopher C. Bean, formerly director of maintenance, engineering, and utilities, is now vice president, engineering, maintenance, and utilities.

Ann Arbor, MI-based Website agency Fry Multimedia, announced several promotions. Laura Kelleher was promoted from chief project officer to vice president for product development; Rudy Pataro, from chief technical officer to vice president for technology; Kara Heinrichs, from director of information design and architecture to chief customer experience officer; and Betsy Emery, from director of account management to chief of client services. In addition, Bob Lilienfeld, who has 25 years experience in marketing, strategic planning, public relations, and advertising, was hired as chief creative officer.

Cranston, RI-based multichannel gifts and jewelry marketer Ross-Simons appointed Cynthia C. Marshall vice president of marketing. Marshall joins the company from cataloger where she was vice president of marketing.

New York-based AGA Marketing and Design promoted Elana Friedman to director of people services. Friedman has been with AGA for eight years, most recently as account director for one of the agency’s customer groups, which includes clients Spiegel and Godiva Chocolatier.

New York-based media company A&E Television Networks (AETN), a joint venture of The Hearst Corp., ABC, and NBC, appointed Dan Lynch director of merchandising and direct response for AETN’s consumer products division. Lynch will oversee the A&E and History Channel consumer catalogs. He was previously vice president, business development at

Sterling, VA-based home decor cataloger French Country Living appointed four new vice presidents. Rene Corapi, who most recently served as vice president of marketing for Hanna Andersson, was named vice president of marketing. Dan Winders joined French Country Living as vice president of supply chain management; he most recently was senior manager of inventory for Mattel Direct. Jennifer Keegan was promoted to vice president of merchandising from director of merchandising. Catalog cofounder Sally McConnell has taken on the title of vice president of retail.

Fort Myers, FL-based Chico’s FAS promoted Michele Handley, Michael Kincaid, and Faye Matty to vice president-planning and allocation, vice president-finance, and vice president-merchandising, respectively.

Delray Beach, FL-based office supplies marketer Office Depot promoted Charles E. Brown from senior vice president, finance/controller, to executive vice president/chief financial officer.

Sandy Hook, CT-based Mangieri/Solutions, a direct marketing and accounting consultancy, made Tom Hull a partner. Hull has been with the company since 1997.
