The email delivered to one of my Multichannel Merchant colleagues on August 30 left her wondering what sort of information Sur La Table had on her… Especially since she’s been married for 22 years:
Did the email arrive 21 years late? Did she re-marry and no one told her? Or was something amiss?
She was relieved to find out, 2 hours and 15 minutes later, that it was all just an email marketing mishap:
