11 Main Unveils Mobile Shopping App

11 Main App iPhone11 Main, Inc., an Alibaba Group company, today unveiled its new mobile shopping applications for iPhone, iPod touch and Android, with an iPad version coming later this year.

The mobile applications are optimized for each platform and offer 11 Main’s hand-selected collection of specialty shops and boutiques more powerful ways to reach today’s mobile consumer. Each application is designed to help shoppers discover best-in-class shops and products from 11 Main that fit their personality and sense of style.

The mobile interface displays visuals much like a catalog, offering shoppers an experience similar to browsing a digital magazine. Shoppers can view shop windows to discover and favorite their most interesting shops, which are conveniently organized in multiple categories, including Fashion & Style, Home & Outdoor, Jewelry & Watches, Baby & Kids, Collecting & Art, and Crafts, Hobbies & Toys.

Video tiles are also incorporated into the category landing pages, providing shoppers with additional insight into a shop’s individual story. The fully featured mobile shopping applications include a multi-item and multi-shop shopping cart and also provide seamless integration across all devices with a shopper’s online account.

Additionally, Apple’s recently announced Apple Pay service is available through 11 Main’s mobile application, giving shoppers with iPhone 6, iPhone 6+, iPad Air 2, and iPad mini 3 a convenient way to make purchases.

Echoing 11 Main.com’s clean and elegant design, the mobile applications offer shops the ability to elevate their brands to shoppers. Shop owners are able to showcase their individuality and tell the stories behind their shops and products within the application’s design. Shop pages are customizable, giving shoppers visual insight to a shop’s brand.
