has completed is acquisition of the assets of $14.1 million Des Moines, IA-based Valu-Bilt Tractor Parts from Quality Stores for $7.5 million.
Seguin, TX-based Alamo Group manufactures tractor-mounted mowing and other farming maintenance equipment. Valu-Bilt provides new, used and rebuilt tractor parts and other agricultural parts direct to customers through its catalog as well as through dealers.
