Amazon Supply to Compete for B-to-B Bucks

Amazon.com today announced the beta launch of AmazonSupply, a b-to-b spin-off site dedicated to offering a broad selection of parts and supplies to business, industrial, scientific and commercial customers.

According to a press release issued by Amazon, customers can shop by product, material and brand across 14 different categories. The categories range from fleet and vehicle maintenance to material handling to office supplies.

AmazonSupply said it currently offers more than 500,000 items from brands, and eligible orders of $50 or more receive free two-day shipping. In addition, AmazonSupply provides free 365 day returns, corporate lines of credit and a dedicated customer service center.
