Lawrence, PA-based networking systems cataloger Black Box Corp. on Jan. 29 acquired Stuttgart, Germany-based NKS Netzwerke Kabel Systeme GmbH, a $1 million (U.S.) technical design, installation, and maintenance services marketer for premise cabling and related products to customers in Southern Germany. “Following on from our recent purchase of a similar business in Ramerberg, near Munich, we are now able to provide a full range of technical services to customers in Southern Germany and are working to expand this capability to all of Germany,” said Black Box Germany finance director Peter Obermeier in a statement.
