Computer networking supplier Black Box Corp. has launched Black Box Resale Services, which will buy, refurbish, and resell voice and data communications equipment. The business is in effect the combination of Norstan Resale Services Group and Vibes Technologies, two resale businesses that Black Box acquired with its January acquisition of communications services provider Norstan.
