Blair Announces Board Changes

Warren, PA-based apparel and home goods cataloger Blair Corp. has named director Craig Johnson the new chairman of the board and Michael Schuler a new director of the board.

Johnson, a former managing director/partner of Philadelphia-based investment banking company Glenthorne Capital, now serves as advisory director for Glenthorne. Schuler is president/CEO of private investment partnership Donerail Investments.

Blair also announced the retirements of board members David Blair, Robert Blair, Kent Sivillo, and Blair Smoulder. Robert Blair and Smoulder served on the board for 41 and 17 years respectively and previously retired from active management with the company. Sivillo will also retire as an employee after 30 years with the company effective May 30. David Blair, who has served as a director for 15 years, will remain an employee of the company.
