Cabela’s Launches Workwear Catalog

Outdoor sporting goods cataloger Cabela’s debuted a 112-page spin-off, Cabela’s Workwear, in August.

The Workwear catalog sells primarily clothing (including that of Roughneck, Cabela’s private-label apparel brand) and footwear designed for heavy-duty wear, says spokesperson Joe Arterburn. While he won’t disclose catalog circulation, Arterburn says that the new book was mailed primarily to Cabela’s house file.

The spin-off book joins a field of more than 40 specialty catalogs produced by Sidney, NE-based Cabela’s. The titles focus on such outdoor pursuits as archery, fly-fishing, and boating; the company also mails 500-plus-page spring and fall master catalogs. Cabela’s mails more than 90 million catalogs annually.
