Daniela Forte has been promoted to Associate Editor of Multichannel Merchant.
In this new role, Forte will be responsible for maintaining and producing content for Multichannel Merchant’s websites, project management of Multichannel Merchant’s digital products, act as a liaison between the editorial, email operations, sales, marketing, and production teams, and managing Multichannel Merchant’s social media channels.
“It is truly an honor to have earned this promotion and continue growing with the Multichannel Merchant brand,” Forte said. “I personally want to thank the entire editorial team for teaching me something new each day that I come to work.”
Forte started at AI as a content producer for Multichannel Merchant, and has done a tremendous job growing her knowledge of the direct-to-customer industry and contacts, and has successfully created and developed high-level editorial content for Multichannel Merchant’s audience.
Forte has also stepped in and taken on additional duties in her three years with Multichannel Merchant to help grow the brand, from administrative work on Multichannel Merchant’s Operation Summit to management of Multichannel Merchant’s website and social media channels.
Under Forte’s ownership, Multichannel Merchant’s total number of social media followers rose 20% in 2015. This includes a 21% increase in LinkedIn followers, 13.4% rise in Facebook likes, 18.6% rise in Twitter followers, and a 43% rise in Google+ followers.
