New York–Teen apparel cataloger/retailer DeliaÕs has sold the assets of its Gurl.com content and community Website to Primedia, a publisher whose magazine titles include “Seventeen” and “Your Prom.” (Primedia is also the parent company of CATALOG AGE.) The site will be integrated with PrimediaÕs Teen Internet Initiative. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
