Redmond, WA-based Eddie Bauer Holdings has announced the nine members who will make up its board of directors. Bill End, former chairman/CEO of Cornerstone Brands, will chair the board.
The other members are John Brouillard, chief administrative and chief financial officer, H.E. Butt Grocery Co.; Howard Cross, a former president/CEO of Limited Stores and Victoria’s Secret Stores; Paul Kirincic, executive vice president, human resources, communications, and corporate marketing, McKesson Corp.; Fabian Mansson, president/CEO, Eddie Bauer; Kenneth Reiss, former managing partner of the New York office, assurance and advisory practice, of Ernst & Young; Laurie Shahon, president/ founder, Wilton Capital Group; Edward Straw, former president, global operations, Estee Lauder Cos.; and Stephen Watson, former president/CEO, Gander Mountain.
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court is scheduled to hear the reorganization plan of Spiegel Inc., Bauer’s current parent company, on May 25. Eddie Bauer Holdings will become the cataloger/retailer’s parent company once it emerges from Chapter 11.
