Portland, OR–Online wine seller eVineyard has acquired struggling competitor Wine.com. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Included in the acquisition are the Wine.com and Wineshopper.com URLs. EVineyard purchased Wine.com from Palo Alto, CA-based Sand Hill Capital II.
