Lands' End President Leaves
David McCreight has resigned from his post as president of
apparel merchant Lands’ End. McCreight will join apparel, footwear and
accessories company Under Armour in September, where he will oversee the
wholesale and direct-to-consumer distribution channels and marketing.
After joining Lands' End in late 2003 as chief merchant, McCreight held such
positions with the company as senior vice president of core merchandising,
executive vice president of merchandising, and interim president. He was named
president of Lands' End--a division of Sears Holdings Corp.--in December 2005.
Prior to Lands' End, McCreight had been president at Smith & Hawken and
senior vice president of Disney Stores Worldwide.
