Fashionmall.com Acquires Three Websites

New York--Virtual shopping mall FashionMall.com has completed three acquisitions of Web operations and intellectual property assets during the last three months. The acquisitions of teen fashion site mxgonline.com (MoxieGirl), petite apparel portal ItsyBits.com, and beauty products site BeautyJungle.com, include the domain names, trademarks, intellectual property assets, content and Wesites of each domain. Terms of the acquisitions, which brings FashionMall.com's properties to a total of eight, were not disclosed. Other FashionMall.com properties include Boo.com and OutletMall.com.
