Today Newegg detailed important updates to Shipped by Newegg – the company’s value-added service allowing sellers to use Newegg’s fulfillment centers and logistics chains, backed by the company’s award-winning customer service team. Specifically, Newegg now automatically handles all customer RMA returns and customer service support, streamlining the process and lessening the burden on sellers. Newegg also provides rapid processing of refund and replacement requests in-house, without the added step of contacting the seller.
Global Reach for Marketplace Sellers
International sellers on Newegg’s Marketplace can now fulfill orders directly to customers, even if they don’t have an established U.S. presence. For example, if a business is based in Australia, that business can ship directly to its Australian customers who purchased from the Newegg Australia site. Further, sellers can now set country-specific selling prices, enabling them to respond to changing market demands and customize pricing to remain competitive in each particular market. This option is available to sellers in the U.S., U.K., Ireland, India, New Zealand, Australia, Netherlands, Poland and Singapore.
