NOVO 1 Adds Michael Frantz as Executive Vice President – Marketing Services

Waukesha, Wisconsin — George D. Dalton, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of NOVO 1, Inc. announced today the addition of Michael Frantz as Executive Vice President – Marketing Services. The new position oversees the Market Research, Target Marketing and Direct Marketing Production Business of NOVO 1 as well as coordinates the company’s sales and marketing efforts.

Mr. Frantz began his career with the Consumer Packaged Goods division of Unilever and then with the Coca Cola Foods Division where he held positions in sales and marketing, sales merchandising and management, new product roll out and advertising. He went on to become Executive Vice President of Sales for Omni Marketing, a Chicago-based full-service Direct Marketing Agency. As his entrepreneurial spirit took hold, he co-founded LF&M Network, a direct marketing firm serving leading clients such as Household Finance, Motorola, Kemper Financial Services, Systematics, North Shore Bank and more. Subsequently, he formed DataCo, Inc. a business analytics, data mining, customer modeling tool, and decision support system for sales and marketing management. Clients include Discover Card, VISA, Levi’s, Kohl’s, the May Companies, Kraft Foodservice, Ralston Purina and multiple others seeking ways to better understand and grow their customer base.
