Office Depot and OfficeMax Inc. announced the completion of its merger, Office Max is now completely owned by Office Depot, according to a press release.
The combined company will use the name Office Depot Inc. The combined companies’ revenue for the 12 months ending Sept. 28., is approximately $17 billion.
It now employs about 66,000 associates worldwide. The company serves consumers and businesses in 59 countries with more than 2,200 retail stores, ecommerce sites, and business-to-business sales organization.
