PRODUCT FULFILLMENT MANAGER

Duties may include responsibility for mailroom and mailroom processing, order-entry, pick and pack operations, and implementation of credit and collections procedures.

Duties may include preparing operational budget; supervising sorting, packing, and shipping; billing; and inventory control.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Duties may include monitoring performance standards; and evaluating and improving data processing efficiencies, fulfillment, production, purchasing, printing, and warehousing.
