He has over 15 years of experience in distribution operations strategy and implementation, and has specialized in small order selection environments. Mr. Flanders focuses on practical, cost-effective, yet innovative solutions for operating excellence, including: process improvements, labor-saving efficiencies, operational change, facility layout design, and technology selection and deployment.

Mr. Flanders’ experience includes a variety of distribution environments: health and beauty, retail gifts, apparel, garden supply, pet supplies, electronics, medical supplies, vision care, small appliances, shoes, jewelry, and service parts.
