Multititle cataloger Redcats USA is consolidating its call center operations and will close its West Bridgewater, MA, center at the end of June. The consolidation affects approximately 200 employees at the West Bridgewater facility, who will receive separation packages if they decide to stay until the closing. The center’s inbound calls will be transitioned to Redcats USA’s El Paso and San Antonio, TX, call centers during the next two months.
According to spokesperson Pat Cross, Redcats will be adding 20-22 positions in merchandising, creative, and marketing Web positions in the West Bridgewater facility.
