Payment Policy: In order to confirm your place in the forum, we require payment in full, in advance of the forum. Invalid or declined credit cards will not reserve your place in the forum.
Cancellation: If you cannot make the forum, please send a substitute. If no one from your organization can attend, cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Penton Business Media/DCOF Registration, PO Box 04232, Stamford, CT 06907-0232 or faxed to 913-514-6752, by the specified dates to qualify for a refund.
