The Tax Rebate Envelopes, Please

As catalogers gear up for what they hope is a spending spree generated by tax rebate checks (see story on page 6), one industry supplier began reaping the benefits of the refunds before the checks even mailed. Englewood, CO-based Mail-Well, a commercial printer specializing in envelopes, is supplying the U.S. government with the envelopes for mailing the rebate checks. The company’s Cleveland and Chicago plants are handling the massive order.
