Too wins injunction against discounter

The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio issued a preliminary injunction on behalf of cataloger/retailer Too against retail discounter The TJX Cos.

Too, which sells apparel for preteen girls at its Limited Too stores and catalog, sued TJX earlier this year, alleging that it sold unauthorized or counterfeit Limited Too brand clothing. According to Too, the court found that TJX had obtained “large quantities” of the branded apparel without Too’s authorization. TJX is the parent company of the TJ Maxx and Marshalls retail chains.
