Tourneau Launches New Ecommerce Store

Lyons Consulting Group (LYONSCG), the premier eCommerce digital agency announced the launch of a new online store for Tourneau, the largest luxury watch retailer in the United States. The website,, went live in August of this year, and was designed and built by LYONSCG using the Demandware Commerce platform. The site represents the culmination of Tourneau’s goal of bringing an innovative, omni-channel approach to the watch industry, a category that has traditionally been underserved in the eCommerce marketplace.

The new site incorporates a number of features and integrations that are designed to further cement its position as the leader in the watch retail industry by providing a best-in-class online experience, including the ability to easily browse and purchase from Tourneau’s industry leading watch collection, schedule appointments with local stores to view the timepieces and other features intended to provide customers with a seamless engagement with Tourneau across all touch points.

The homepage goes beyond product listings to highlight Tourneau’s 115 years of excellence with bold imagery and inviting links for their customers to explore the Tourneau story, engage with their fine collection of luxury brands, obtain service and repair, and buy and sell certified pre-owned timepieces. The site features extensive educational resources, such as the basics of watch anatomy, comparison of construction materials, and overview of watch movements, and even a glossary.
